Set beside Pisgah National Forest and surrounded by long-range Blue Ridge Mountain scenery, the property creates an easy rhythm of mornings on the deck, afternoons exploring the land, and evenings under a wide mountain sky filled with stars and fireflies. Location: The home sits 15 minutes from Weaverville and about 30 minutes north of downtown Asheville, with simple access along paved roads before the final private gravel approach. Guests are 35 minutes from the Biltmore Estate, 45 minutes from Asheville Regional Airport, and close to some of Western North Carolina's most loved outdoor experiences, including hiking in Pisgah National Forest, Navitat Ziplines, and skiing at Wolf Ridge.

Main Lodge: A 3,600+ sq ft modern farmhouse with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood floors, and a great room centered around a stone fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for everyone, and multiple seating areas offer room to spread out.
Two Cabins — Big Ivy & The Pisgah: Each cabin includes a private bedroom, ensuite bathroom, small coffee station, and a twin sleeping loft, giving families and larger groups flexible, comfortable accommodation.
Across the estate, guests will find porches, decks, a screened porch, patios, and open-air gathering spaces. The koi pond, trout-feeding pond, and rolling fields invite slow walks, morning coffee outside, or simply time to take in the mountain views.
