The spacious living room is well appointed with a leather sofa featuring reclining seats, perfect after a long day. The laminate floors flow throughout the home and into the bedrooms which feature large closets and ceiling fans. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. You will love cooking with all new appliances including a stove, built-in microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The home is complete with a front load washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms featuring a tub with shower, sink vanity and toilet. The hall bath is shared while the primary bedroom has its own en-suite.
Remain comfortable year round with the central heat and air. Parking is limited to (2) spaces. There are several grassy areas to walk pets or grill out.
