Welcome to the most private white sand beach property with room for 16+ just about anywhere! Swim, kayak, paddle board or relax in hammocks at the mouth of the Potomac River. A 3200 Sqft 5bd 3.5 bath home is where you enjoy the most epic sunrises from the second floor deck or sunroom. Play in the media room with a 120" screen, laser projector and 5.1 surround sound, a full size arcade with over 30,000 games, a virtual pinball machine, Xbox Series S, race wheel, and a full size ping pong table.
The space
The house has two floors with a traditional and spiral staircase as options. When you walk in through the mudroom, you'll walk into a massive kitchen with eating area and bar where enough coffee to start your tip will be waiting for you. In this kitchen is also the "keeping" room area with electric fireplace, couch, chair, and additional coffee tables. Downstairs also contains the massive family room and dining room area along with 2.5 baths and a king bedroom. A sun room wraps around the river side of the house with glass windows and multiple seating areas to enjoy the perfect morning sunrise with your coffee.
There's another twin bedroom connected to the amazing movie/game room. Here you'll find a 120" movie screen with high end laser projector and 5.1 surround sound. Connected to it is an Apple TV which can download every streaming service app you have, and an Xbox Series S with Xbox Game Pass subscription along with a dedicated steering wheel and pedal setup for race games like Forza Horizon. Theres an electric recliner and a couch which can be made into an additional bed when needed. There is a full size ping pong table along with two arcade machines. The first full size arcade was custom designed and contains thousands of retro arcade and console games. The other system is a virtual pinball arcade replicating hundreds of vintage pinball machines.
Upstairs are two large King bedrooms with walkouts to a large 2nd floor deck with the most epic water views of you'll ever see. You'll see dolphins, bald eagles, and more at the mouth of the Potomac opening to the Chesapeake Bay with water as far as the eye can see. There is another huge bedroom that has beds for 8 including two bunk beds and a special single private pocket door room within it. Lastly upstairs, there is an additional full bathroom.
Outside you'll find a huge yard with a tree swing, a large fire pit, and multiple hammocks. As you walk to the beach you'll have your choice of four kayaks or two paddle boards along with life preservers of all sizes. We also have a special beach friendly wheelchair for guests with accessibility needs. The entire beach, almost a quarter mile of white sand is your private oasis with incredible views, swimming, fishing, etc. The sandy bottom goes out far as the water stays shallow for a good way out. There's also a buoy out in the water which you can tie any floats off to and just relax in the water without moving. The rear first floor porch has outdoor dining seating and a grille.
