One thing I did want to mention, is that unfortunately, many cell phone carriers offer a weak signal in this area if you're not connected to Wi-Fi. The house does have Wi-Fi, but you should expect your cell phone to have a weak signal outside of the houses Wi-Fi network. I actually feel it helps you truly unplug and spend time with friends and family, but I do like to mention as a caution.
