About this space
This newly remodeled three-bedroom home is an excellent find in historic Columbia Tusculum. It has a covered porch with a panoramic view of Kentucky. There are three TVs, an equipped kitchen, and a single full bath. Wake up near coffee shops, excellent restaurants, bars, and a brewery, all within walking distance. We are near the Little Miami Trail, which has off-road miles to explore by bike or foot. Famous Mt. Lookout, Hyde Park, Riverbend Music Center, and downtown are five minutes away.
The space
This 1927 Historic home is completely renovated and in tip-top shape. There are two living spaces. The rental is on the second floor and has a beautiful balcony, three bedrooms, and an equipped kitchenette with an air fryer (not listed in the amenities). The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is a private residence on the first floor, and they have access to the backyard (Allyn and Karen). There are a lot of steps to this space, so it is not recommended for anyone who has a problem with climbing steps. My wife and I like them because they keep us young. Please let us know if you need backyard access or bicycle storage.
