The large master bedroom has 2 queen beds, a private ½ bath and cable tv. There is another full bathroom within the condo for all your guests. Upstairs there is another private guest bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen/dining area, a living room with a full size sofa bed, cable tv and an ocean view terrace complete with patio furniture. Perfect for dining outside, enjoying your favorite beverage or just relaxing. These units will accommodate up to 4 adults very comfortably. The cleaning service is provided every other day, this fee is additional and is payable by the client upon arrival. There is a charge for preparing the room, the cleaning services in between and the check-out.
The kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots, pans, matching dishes and utensils for six persons. Each condo has marble floors, central air , an iron and ironing board, ceiling fans, towels and linens, beach towels, a safety deposit box and 2 televisions. We offer free wireless internet access. Everything you will need in your “home away from home!

Villas Marlin is a full time private ownership property with 24 hr. security controlled access for owners and guests of owners only. Here you will find a very peaceful and tranquil setting. To make your stay more comfortable there are 3 different ocean front pool areas, one which is a family pool area with a shallow kids pool and a swing/slide set, the main pool area in the center of the property and another that is designated an exclusive adult pool , plenty of ocean front lounge chairs, palapas for shade, a tennis court and a wide powdery white sand beach with a safe gentle surf . The pool and beach areas are only a short 15-20 second walk from the door of your condo.
Right in front of the entrance to Villas Marlin is Plaza Kukulkan, Cancun´s largest indoor mall where you will find over hundreds of different restaurants, shops, mini-markets, drug stores, banks and money exchanges, travel and tour agencies, a bowling alley, cyber cafe's, bars, entertainment, and direct access to taxis and city bus lines. Just a few minutes walk down the boulevard is "La Isla Mall " the largest open air shopping and entertainment center in Cancun. Villas Marlin is great place for family vacations and it couldn't be more convenient!
