Tennis court allows for perfect play space for children (bikes, roller skates and play dates). Fireplace in living room, lower level and fire pit in yard. Ten minute walk to Metro North and 45 minute ride to Mid Town Manhattan. Fully equipped lower level office (with fire place and floor-to-ceiling windows) or use as nanny quarters with private entrance. Living room has second fireplace. Roaring Brook school elementary school, Bell Middle School and Greeley High School. 4th bedroom has built in bunkbeds in addition to queen bed (which kids love for sleepovers).
