The space: Historic 1958 Ranch House with three units.
You enter the house through a covered porch and direct entrance. There is a small table and chairs on the porch, for guests enjoyment.

Please note the unit is a triplex and there are no shared spaces besides the hot tub, which may be shared between 4 other guests, please note ***access to hot tub, shared backyard space from this unit requires walking on sidewalk out front and around garage.
