OUR PLACE
Our place lies in the middle of a stunning landscape of tropical trees, gentle waterfalls and a natural water cave (cenote) that will make you feel like you’re lost in paradise. The place is perfectly located, next to a private trail to the beach, a quick stroll to la 5ta avenida where all the happening occurs, but still quiet and private.

When we visited Playa del Carmen for the first time fifteen years ago, we were stunned by its magic and uniqueness. After our amazing experience, we decided to build a special place devoted to connection, love and relaxation. That's the story behind M.A.R. H2O, the small, exclusive apartment complex where our condo is located.
Where else can you find a private natural water cave surrounded by genuine Mayan ruins and a stunning white sand beach, all together in one place? The space is a hidden treasure.
From our place, a private trail leads to the nicest/calmest beach around, through a short path of original Mayan ruins and trees. Wait until you see it.
When we travel, we tend to pay attention to every single detail of the places we stay at, we have been on our guests shoes and we’re trying to ensure every single detail is covered.
