Freshly updated in late 2024, K408 now features sparkling bright white quartzite countertops in the kitchen and at the BBQ on the alfresco covered patio and lighter wall paint throughout. The sublimely equipped bona-fide "gourmet" kitchen was recently updated with a new oven/microwave and induction cooktop. Bring your favorite wine with you and store it in the oversized wine column. The kitchen is airy and bright with a small walk-out terrace and sliding doors that may be opened for fresh air. While you cook enjoy the view of Maui's 10,000 foot high landmark, Haleakala Mountain. The kitchen also supplies a Sub-Zero refrigerator with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Bosch 800 series dishwasher, plentiful cabinet space, and dual coffee makers with espresso machine and grinder.

- Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- This villa overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Tower Building" also known as the "Penthouse Building". Guests should expect some ambient livings sounds from the family pool. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, any on-site food and beverage service, on-site or adjacent luaus, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
- The AOAO/HOA has implemented a policy that restricts access to chaise lounges at each of the two pools during peak season, at it's discretion, to a maximum of six persons per villa.

Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event.
