Located on Avon's prime windsurfing launch, WINDS UP provides luxury accommodations for the serious watersports enthusiast. Outdoors has a private dock, locking board storage, outdoor shower and fish-cleaning table. The 1st floor has large south and west decks with hot tub, 2 soundfront bedrooms, one with private bath, a 3rd child-friendly bedroom across the hall, additional shared bath and large laundry/storage room. Upstairs has a soundfront great room opening onto large south and west decks. The newly remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, separate beverage center and quartz countertops. The kitchen is adjacent to a large dining area and small home office for catching up on work without missing any of the fun. An additional soundfront bedroom and private bath leads to the south facing screened porch. WINDS UP also has a rooftop observation deck with 360 degree views of beautiful soundfront Avon. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility.
