Located in the exclusive Kinnakeet Shores Resort, Island Paradise has an elevator that serves every floor, plenty of parking, an unheated, 16' x 41' Da Vinci swimming pool, private hot tub, charcoal grill, outdoor showers, and easy access to Kinnakeet's boardwalks and sound water launches. The first level is home to a recreation room with a gas fireplace, a pool table, an air hockey table, foosball, a wet bar, and a full entertainment center complete with a plasma HDTV and a DVD player. One bedroom adjacent to an easily accessible full bathroom. On the second level, one guest bedroom features deck access, and a TV with a DVD player. Another has a twin-over-double bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, TV with a DVD player. On the third level, you'll find two main bedroom suites, each with deck access, a Jacuzzi tub, and a TV and DVD player. This level's furnished office/entertainment room is a great quiet spot. The topside fourth level features an incredible great room with upscale resort furnishings, a half-bath, a fireplace, an entertainment center, and panoramic views of the ocean and sound.
