We have a cleaning service that will thoroughly clean & sanitize the entire house between guests. We have a linen service that will provide clean & sanitized linens between guests. The new spacious family room will have a Pool table, board games, Ping Pong table, Xbox one game system, Skee-Ball game, Electronic dart board, ring toss. The new 12' x 16' patio will have a gas BBQ grill, & seating. You can walk out from the lower level to the large fire pit in the backyard with seating for 8. We will be installing a fence in the early summer of 2023 for your fur babies. This home is located at the end of a quiet secluded cul-de-sac only minutes from the common area & boat launch. You will have free use of marina slips on a first come first serve basis. Common area amenities include a swim beach, boat ramp, Marina, pavilion, kids play area with swings & slide. Less than 5 minutes from Tim's at the Lake restaurant with great food, a Putt-Putt golf course, inside or outside dinning. Includes a boardwalk with shops, jet ski rentals, beach Volleyball court. Food Lion is less than a 10 - minute drive from the house. Ample parking for your several cars and your trailered boat.
