DESCRIPTION:
Sunset Sooie Suite is a walkout basement apartment with its own private entrance and keypad entry and is locked off from the upper floor of the property. The upper floor is occupied, however, there are no shared spaces or amenities between units. The upstairs is a separate unit with its own entrance.
AMENITIES:
The bedroom has two queen beds, each with memory foam mattresses. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, bar, 1 bedroom with walk-in closet (including hangers & laundry basket), 1 bathroom, living room, dedicated workspace, private laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer (+ drying rack, iron and ironing board), and a fenced outdoor area. Walk to Razorback Stadium or grab an Uber to get to Dickson Street in 5 minutes!
AC/HEAT:
This unit has two mini-splits to provide both heat & air conditioning - one is located in the living/dining area, and one is located in the bedroom.
BOOKING:
Once booked, guests will receive a link to register via the guest portal - this includes ID verification, signature of the Guest Agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Guests will not receive check-in details or access to the property until registration is complete. If the guest chooses not to proceed with registration, the guest agrees to request to cancel the reservation through VRBO.
STAIRS:
Please note that this unit's private entrance has a couple stairs to reach the front door, so it is not suitable for guests who cannot navigate stairs. Once inside the unit, there are no additional stairs.
PARKING:
There are two driveways on the property. There is free off-street parking for Sunset Sooie Suite on the lower driveway and this is designated specifically for our guests. There is also free street parking in front of the property that may be used if there is more than one vehicle and a second vehicle does not fit in the driveway. If parking on the street, we recommend using your emergency brake as it is quite steep.
Guests may not use or block the upper driveway at any time.
ACCESS:
Please note that guests do not have access to the storage closet located in the living room to the left of the desk/workspace. Guests also do not have access to the upper floor, driveway, or backyard space of the main house. The main house's backyard is completely separated from the guest yard via a privacy fence and may not be entered.
