Summary: Overall good experience, but the check-in was rough. The key machine was not functioning, and a line was forming at the desk as more and more people arrived. This is close to midnight. The associate at the desk said first that he would text his manager and then said that he would call his manager. The delay was lengthy. He had to let each arriving guest into their room manually. We were told a key would be dropped off later, but this did not happen.
