Summary: The bed was clean, but the room was in very poor condition as far as decor and general structure. The main reason for my poor rating is that this room had roaches. It was a smoking room and I didn’t mind the smell, but the bug situation made it almost impossible to sleep. The bed sheets may have been clean, but these bugs were in between the sheets and the comforter, and it made it almost impossible to feel comfortable enough in that room to sleep, and they were also crawling around in the bathtub. The person that greeted us when we checked in was a very sweet person and made a comment about the fact that the previous owners hadn’t done a lot that the right on the room was low and that’s the main reason that we stayed there to save money, but I’m not into bugs.

Summary: The hotel was kind of ran down. Not happy with Hotels.com because they booked it from another hotel place that was better. The price of this hotel should be cut in half to make it worth it.

Summary: The bed was comfortable and the desk clerk was friendly. The hotel was nasty. Stairs hadn’t been swept in weeks bathroom was filthy and the wash cloths were stained. Floor of bathroom and bathtub were not clean. The desk chairs were very worn and stained. I will not stay here again. Hotel needs a total make over.

Summary: the bed frame had brown stains on it ( like dried blood ) smokey smell to room towels had black streaks on them. the staff did give me a heads up about the room stating they were under new ownership and going through changes. ended up not staying at this property

Summary: this place was great. nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, good parking, everything worked just fine and was in great shape. 10/10 recommend if you’re staying in bristol or even just at a quality inn hotel!
