**Parking - While there is parking in the area I am not responsible for this service. I do not offer parking. However, I would park past Washington Ave going south, which is the opposite direction of South street. I always find parking in under 5 minutes following these directions! :)**
**PLEASE READ: This home is set up as a brownstone, there are NO shared spaces. The Hallway is the only area that both units have access to. I will repeat. There are NO shared spaced (both units have a bathroom and a kitchen area: Microwave/refrigerator), the Hallway to the lower exit is the only area that both units have access to (I receive this question a lot and I want to make this very clear :) )**
** Your unit includes: private bath, fridge and microwave in the basement**
**I have outsourced the cleaning services to a maid company so I can no longer accommodate early checkins and late check outs as I have to abide by their cleaning schedule (no early check ins, late checks in are fine)*

Located in Center City Philadelphia so all attractions are within walking distance! Located in a Posh area of Pennslanding/Queen's Village. This listing books fast because of the location and amenities compared to that of a hotel.
Space has private room, refrigerator/ microwave, and bathroom in an amazing area. Location is key and you are certainly in a prime location for all festivities.
