Coined "The Ville" (by our grown children) because it feels like a European Villa right in the middle of Greenville, with easy access to all the fun and conveniences you’ll need for a fun relaxing visit.
Our life has taken a different course, traveling more and now its time for us to share our home so that you can enjoy the magic of the Ville. Someone who will appreciate the beauty, privacy, and location. We have raised our family in this home and for nearly 30 years have been under its spell.
We've modernized it but we've kept all of its charm and style.
For now, we're offering just two bedrooms and one and a half baths. You'll have the home all to yourselves with access to approximately three quarters of our spacious 4,500 sf single story home on one plus acres of park-like backyard.
We do not allow pets.
Our cul-de-sac is a quiet little enclave in the middle of the city. We very much want to respect our wonderful neighbors while you visit. Therefore, absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. Please come and enjoy our quiet retreat.
