One of the bunk beds features a queen-size bed and two twin beds, while the second bunk bed comes with a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, so easily 12 guests can accommodate. Guests are not permitted to access the front room/office, which will remain locked at all times. Additionally, all lawn equipment is for the owner's use only.
