The house flows from inside to out, featuring a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, with spacious covered seating areas, all of it behind a hedge offering total privacy.
Come for sun, swimming, and some recharging at our hideaway, 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, and 2 minutes from recreation and tennis at Ruth Hardy Park Park.
The Space:
Once inside our secluded corner of the Movie Colony, you will find an inviting 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom house, with spacious open floor plan connecting a living room and cozy fireplace to a dining area, and large kitchen made for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering an abundance of appliances, cookware, dishes, and glasses; the house has everything you need to make a full course dinner at home with friends and family.
The well-appointed bedrooms boast top-of-the-line memory foam mattresses, and ample soft linens, promising restful nights. The house offers a dedicated workspace/quiet space and a daybed, perfect for remote work. With the ultra-fast fiber internet, you'll have no problem streaming live sports on the house TVs or holding video conferences on your computer.
Flowing like a breeze from kitchen and dining room to the trellised patio and yard, you will find a covered outdoor dining area, and multiple seating areas adjacent to the sparkling saltwater pool and jacuzzi.

OUTDOOR/POOL/SPA
- Large 35' by 18' saltwater pool. No heating is needed during May-September (usually 80F+ naturally). Heating can be hired during winter for the whole stay at $75 per reservation night (this is our utility cost) upon request. Inquire about extra fees if booking over 28-night stays.
- Spa/Jacuzzi: heating is included and controlled by guests onsite

PARKING
- 3 parking spaces available for guest use in front of the house.
- Carport available for long-term rentals.
ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS
- For short-term rental stays (up to 28 days), guests will be charged the city TOT and TBID taxes.
- Palm Springs requires a “responsible person” over the age of 25 to sign a contract with the operator, meet and greet guests in person to explain the local rules and regulations and obtain a signature of receipt of the Statement of Rules and Regulations/Good Neighbor Brochure
- Trash shall not be left stored within public view and must be in proper containers for the purpose of collection by the collectors and between the hours of 5 am. and 8 pm on scheduled trash collection days.
- There will be a cleaning fee of $500 if any smoking occurs in the house or undisclosed pets are brought to the home.
Guest Access:
Guests will be greeted at property on day of check in by Thibault, the House Manager, who give you access and a tour.
