Located on a quiet street adjacent to JT National Park mountains, 6 mins from the North Entrance to JTNP, 2 mins to shopping/dining in 29 Palms & 12 mins to JT downtown.

» Joshua Tree National Park: The Green Palm is located 6 minutes to the North Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park for easy access. Many guests to the park prefer this entrance to avoid long wait times at the West Entrance. Our street dead ends up against the Joshua Tree National Park mountains and guests can enjoy the Joshua Tree National Park Mountains as they approach the house and peaking over the the backyard fence.
» Downtown 29: The Green Palm JT is located 2 minutes away from Downtown 29. Enjoy the up and coming food scene in 29 Palms at many of our favorite restaurants (like Kitchen In The Desert - reservations in advance recommended) as well as stock up on groceries and fuel for the park.
» MEALTIME: If you are new to the area, please plan accordingly as many desert towns in the area have either long wait time at restaurants or have restaurants closed on Sundays. We recommend planning ahead with groceries.
» Neighborhood: We are centrally located to downtown 29 and in a residential neighborhood.
We are not a remote property with acreage, but the trade off is the proximity to services and the park entrance! For this reason we have our quiet hour policy after 10pm.
