Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and clean, the hotel had a nice vibe and decor, and the common spaces were peaceful and appealing. I enjoyed two good nights' sleep, and I also enjoyed working out in the fitness centre. I also appreciated that upon check in, the staff member was able to move me to a room with a bathtub.

Negative: The bath didn't plug properly (minor), and I found it a bit annoying that there was no food on site - no room service, nothing beyond a croissant or some trail mix. I think a hotel that positions itself as high end should have some food and drink options, ideally at any hour, but it's certainly a bit weird when I ask to buy something that is visible to me (a bottle of wine, some nuts), and I'm told I can't because it's run by a third party vendor.
