You can rent boats and jet skis directly from us -- or bring your own. If you bring your own, you have access to a launch ramp at Inland Sea Marina around the corner. Two marinas, Stutts Marina and Inland Sea Marina, are within seconds by water and by land.
Navy blue home is newly renovated with an open floor plan -- including sunroom, dining room, kitchen, & game room -- overlooking the lake. On less muggy days -- open the hand-cranked casement windows, and turn on the ceiling fans to enjoy the lake breezes and soothing sounds of the water.
Ideal for 9-10 people (3rd bedroom fits 5 people comfortably or 6 people if the two people sleeping in trundle beds are smallish children) but can also fit 2 on an air mattress in the game room (must request).
Nighttime max occupancy is 10 people. Daytime max occupancy is 14 people.
Kitchen includes smart-fridge with on-screen display, Z-Line XL 6-burner gas stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave, Breville convection oven, dishwasher, hand mixer & stand-up mixer and plenty of pantry space. Includes pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, etc.
Sunroom includes a large L-shape couch & swivel chairs, large windows for panoramic lake views, & smart TV.
Dining room includes seating for 6-12 (has extensions). Sittinng area on dock includes dining table for 6. Deck outside sunroom includes dining table for 6 with LED-lit umbrella. Outdoor deck area also contains furniture with large umbrella with LED lights.
Game room consists of 4 swivel chairs, table, Smart TV. Can fit a full/queen air mattress in the game room to sleep 2 people if need be -- must request.
Bedrooms are all on the 2nd level.
-Main Bedroom - King-Size Bed & Smart TV, lake views, attached private bathroom.
-2nd Bedroom - Queen-Size Bed & Smart TV, shared bathroom.
-3rd Bedroom - Two 3-level bunk beds (bottom level is pull-out trundle) for 5-6 people (can pull one trundle bed out all the way, or pull two out 3/4 of the way for 2 kids), shared bathroom, lake views.
Garage includes a 2nd fridge, ping/beer pong table, NFL Blitz Arcade game, and more supplies.
Laundry room includes washer, dryer, drying rack.
We provide yard games for perfect flat lakeside backyard - cornhole, ladder toss, washers, spike ball, more to come.
Two kayaks are available to use (must wear a life jacket at all times while on the kayaks).
Sit back and relax around the beach or firepit in the comfortable adirondack chairs, or read a literary classic (or scroll TikTok) while laying down in the large hammock.
Dock can fit 3 boats and has 2 ride-on jet ski ports. Also includes a sun/swim deck.
Multiple golf courses, go-cart tracks, restaurants, and grocery stores are within minutes. Close to the charming downtown areas of Mooresville & Davidson. Uptown Charlotte is also close enough for a night on the town. Feel free to ask us for recommendations on food, activities, etc.
*This is a baby/kid-friendly house. We have baby gates we can put on the stairs, child locks on the kitchen cabinets and drawers (must activate), and a baby crib available. Please let us know if you will need any of these accommodations.
**The water level often varies on Lake Norman and can impact how much of the beach is/isn't under water.
