The large open concept floor plan allows for maximum enjoyment among all guests. All living areas overlook the lushly landscaped private pool and spacious backyard which is designed for entertaining or just relaxing or taking a nap. The spacious kitchen is a chef's dream. Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a oversize sink, and a dual system coffee maker are just some of the features of this fabulous kitchen.
Overlooking the pool and back porch, the dining area table has ample seating. The oversize kitchen island also has seating for additional guests. Cooking up the catch of the day straight from the Gulf of Mexico or mixing up a batch of margaritas will be a joy in this fully equipped kitchen.
