The open concept living space connects seamlessly to a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for après-ski meals or summer get-togethers. With multiple sleeping areas including bunk beds and twin beds for the kids, plus a spacious master bedroom with private balcony. Central heat/AC keeps you comfortable year-round. There are 3 bedrooms: the master has a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. There is also a loft with 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a large front deck with patio furniture, a nice sized back deck with seating, and a fenced in back yard. A dog is allowed with additional fees.
Enjoy evenings on the deck, mornings with coffee indoors or outdoors, and easy access to skiing, hiking, biking, and all that the mountains have to offer—whether you’re here to ski or soak up summer.
This home has a transferable club membership at the Beech Mountain Club - additional fees apply - This home has sports level membership that if transferred to the guest allows access to golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, fitness center, events, and the clubhouse restaurant.

Note:
Here on Beech Mountain, we have a great amount of snowfall from November through April. You must be prepared with 4-wheel drive, studded snow tires or chains. Chains can be purchased in the area in the event of a snowstorm during your vacation.
Renters are expected to provide toilet paper, paper towels, soaps/detergents, trash bags, baggies/foil/saran wrap, firewood, etc. We provide linens (1 set of sheets per bed, blankets, pillows), 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person based on occupancy of the property, a kitchen set of 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, 1 dishwasher tab, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.
Other things to note
Parking for up to 2 cars in parking area. If you are bringing additional vehicles, these can be parked at the resort, or across from our rental office in the public parking lot.
