The views are amazing here, marsh, creeks, and The Johnny Mercer Bridge( very quite and serene). Close to local restaurants and dining, art and culture, parks, marina, golf course. You’ll love our place, the ambiance, the outdoors space, the light, and the neighborhood. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Just minutes to any where you want to go.

Outside you have a private dock that over looks Camoose Creek, beautiful marsh, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. Or sit out on the deck under a beautiful palm tree. Private Parking. Inside cute a button (look at the pictures).
If you have a Paddle Board, Kayak, and or Boat up to 24 feet please enjoy the water. However, no jumping or swimming off the dock. Have a cup of Joe in the morning watch the wild life come a live. Sunsets are amazing. Must see!!
