Grill provided on the deck but no outdoor fires permitted. Summer - a/c units for perfect temperature control. In the winter - Ski home to the warm glow of two fireplaces in this private, serene mountain location. Wood is provided during your stay. Our home is truly a year round destination to explore all the valley has to offer. All beds will be made and essentials well-stocked. We use a professional cleaning crew to take care of our home and they complete the following actions on EVERY cleaning.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, remotes, stove buttons, sinks, toilet handles etc.
- Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- Refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
- Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

We live right next door in North Conway and can be over in just a few minutes if you need help with anything at all. We are also available by text and phone at any time.
