Positive: This property, 2610 Broad Oaks Place, delivers beauty, charm and warmth. Our Stay included 2 days and nights. We arrived at the property early, our gracious host made arrangements to check-in early. The property and Host are very welcoming. Very clean, lovely decor and comfortable. This location was very convenient to stores as well as other great landmarks. Price was very fair for a 2 bedroom, each having a full bath, also, a half bath on the lower level. I didn't mention "Spacious", yes great space! Our stay was mid-week, the area seems quiet. Overall, I rate it as 5 STAR Location.

Negative: I was not a fan of the walk from the parking lot to the front door. The property is on a lower landing from the parking lot. A few stairs, sidewalks and trees. Also, inside the property is a staircase. Possibly 12 to 15 steps from the lower to upper level, not a fan 🤔!
