In unit laundry. Queen bed and two sturdy XL twin bunks. Pull out sofa (living) and futon (loft). Skee ball and board games. Wifi Zoom capable + Netflix TV.

End unit condo which backs up to Musick Creek. Views of trees from every window. Close enough to the 168 highway with quick easy access yet without the noise. Quiet and serene. Less than one mile to Shaver Lake Village with restaurants, gas, grocery. Bedrooms and both bathrooms on bottom floor. Kitchen and living room on main floor. Loft is up a ladder. Nice back deck overlooking trees and creek. Deck off master bedroom as well. It is not uncommon to see deer and other wildlife. 36 minutes to China Peak Ski Resort. Community Pool and hot tub. Gated community. Plenty of parking.
