Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was perfect for us to reach East and north shore locations of interest. The house was big enough for a family of six. There were plenty of plates/silverware. There were enough fans for each room. The beds were comfortable. There were beach towels.

Negative: This house is very basic and a little run down. There was no furniture on the lanai and there was one beach chair. The ice maker made ice but didn't always dispense it and the stove worked but had an error code. The house was moderately clean, there were a lot of dust bunnies and overall the floors were dirty. The only place to dry wet bathing suits and towels was over the railing of the Lanai. We had to call for the door access code and to request a refund of our security deposit. They were quick to respond to both our requests. The house is poorly setup to catch the ocean breeze so it was very hot (even with the fans). It was extremely hot on our arrival. I guess there was no one around to open the windows for us to air it out a bit.

Summary: very basic stay with a few hassles
