Stay Aloha does not charge resort fees; however, the resort collects a parking fee upon check-in.

$75 fee covers up to $1,500 in accidental damage — accidents happen, and we have you covered.
🌊 BEACH INFORMATION
The beach fronting Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that affect its size and accessibility.
During fall and winter, high currents may wash away large amounts of sand, which typically return in spring and summer.
Our HOA, the County of Maui, and the State of Hawaiʻi are working diligently to restore Kahana Bay to its full potential.
While direct beach access may not always be available, there is a public beach access point within a 5-minute walk.
Photos taken on 1/16/23 show usable beach, but this cannot be guaranteed year-round.

This property is Hotel Zoned and not impacted by the proposed short-term rental ban.
PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS:
Due to Maui’s rural location, you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. The HOA provides regular professional pest control; however, insects and small wildlife cannot be completely controlled in this environment.
HAWAIʻI CLIMATE:
Hawaiʻi’s tropical climate supports insects, rodents, and lizards. If guests encounter more than normal pest activity, we will promptly coordinate with the HOA to minimize it. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of this agreement or a refund entitlement.
