Summary: Manager on duty was very nice and accommodating. That was not the issue. The room was not up to par even for the low cost it was. The bed spread was stained and very dirty looking. The pillow cases had dog hair under them and hair on the sheets. The light above the sink did not work. The toilet seat was dirty and chipped. First room was supposed to be “non-smoking” but it definitely wasn’t so we’re t to a second room. Even though it was a “non-smoking” room, the smell was better but only “masked” with air freshener or something because when it faded, the room had the smoke smell too. It was so unclean that we ended up leaving and not staying the night at all.

Summary: The comforter had stains on it , the coffee pot didn't have a place to put the coffee pod in to brew, and there was only a few squares of toilet paper on it with no back up.

Summary: Nothing inherently wrong with paying for a $70 a night hotel, but it was older, the heater didn’t work right and I didn’t have time to tell them so they didn’t have a chance to fix it… But it’s fine knowing that it is a no-frills clean room

Summary: The room was tastefully decorated and it was clean. Staff was very friendly and we're happy to give me a room on the first floor since I couldn't do stairs. The room was a little bit on the small side but for the four people that we're going to be in the room so I wound up purchasing a second room which was on the second floor. Unfortunately that room the AC did not work in so it was kind of hot and stuffy up there. The AC worked fine in my room on the first floor.
