The space:
The rooms are quite spacious in this 2,500 Sq. ft. home. The house has southern charm and a whole lot of character! Kitchen, Bathrooms and many other recent updates. Kitchen comes stocked with an air fryer, blender, microwave, Keurig, toaster and a full set of pots/pans. Outdoor space includes a awesome large deck and gazebo area with BBQ. This huge salt water pool is new! Seated on approximately 3/4 of a acre, with tall pine trees and lots of space. You will feel the privacy of this beautiful property! This home is in an incredibly safe neighborhood, with quick access to 3 different grocery stores less than 10 minutes away.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire property, to include the 3/4 acre back yard and pool.
Other things to note:
House rules and Guest Rental Agreement will be emailed to the guest shortly after booking.
This is mainly a liability waiver for the pool and re-states policies with regards to cancellation and damages outside of normal wear and tear.
Please ensure to review these and sign the rental agreement, as you will not get access to the property until this is complete!
Security/safety:
The house is monitored by ADT in the front and back yard. There are absolutely no cameras inside of the house. The outdoor cameras save footage. These cameras are for the safety and monitoring of the property itself. Fire/smoke/carbon monoxide alarms will notify the local fire department but it is always best in the event of an emergency to also call emergency services.
Also, The garage is locked for management!
