This home was purchased in July 2020 and has undergone a complete upgrade with entire home being repainted and refurnished inside and out. This 9th floor home boasts stunning views from both the ocean and bayside verandahs. This unit provides some of the best views in the entire building. The ocean side verandah is furnished with brand new Berlin Gardens Polytuf deck furniture to enjoy the endless ocean views. Easily accessible from the open floor plan kitchen, dining and living rooms, catching the sunrise from this deck is nothing short of spectacular. If it is sunsets you prefer take a stroll through either the main BR or BR2 which each have a sliding door leading to the bay side verandah. I honestly cannot say which view I prefer more (see pictures) The bayside verandah is also furnished with brand new Berlin Gardens Polytuf deck furniture. This home consists of approximately 2000 sf of luxurious one floor living in the 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath layout. Once you arrive at The Grand you will never want to leave. In season from Fathers Day Weekend until Labor Day there is a lifeguard monitored PRIVATE BEACH where the beach attendants will setup chairs and umbrellas. This service is complimentary of course. When it is time to unwind from the beach why not come back home, grab a beverage and hang out at the infinity edge pool which looks out into the Atlantic Ocean. After relaxing by the pool come home and clean up in your custom designed marble bathroom and decide whether to dine out or stay right at home and prepare a gourmet meal in your own custom kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with a Subzero refrigerator and Viking range and all necessary tools to make meal preparation simple. This home can accommodate up to 8 guests. Due to strict Homeowner Association requirements, this maximum occupancy rule is strictly enforced. NOTE: Linens are not included with this rental. If you do not want to bring your own linens I recommend you use Wildwood Linen Supply Company whose website is wildwoodrentalsupply.com. and email address is wildwoodrentalsupply@gmail.com. Ask them for their recommended linen package for Residence 901 at The Grand. Cost is typically < $200.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required with final payment 60 days prior to renting this home.

There are 2 assigned parking spots and a dedicated storage unit for beach gear. Rules are strictly enforced by Grand management for safety of our owners and guests, all must be registered upon stay.
