The space
The house is divided into two units. On the ground level, there are two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchenette, and living area. On the top level, there are 3 bedrooms, the main kitchen, main living area and a sunroom. The two units offer privacy and space for larger families/ groups.
The house offers a bounty of comforts and perks: multiple outdoor spaces, an expansive deck, a cozy sunroom, a large yard with a plum tree, two TV rooms, a kid-friendly bedroom, and a detached garage with a golf cart and ping pong table. The ground floor opens directly to comfy furniture on the front patio, shaded by the overhang of the upper deck. A laundry room with washer and dryer access is available for guests.
Our detached garage right next to the driveway is set up with a ping pong table and lots of open space for exercising, socializing, and fun.
There is also a kids play set (slide, swing, monkey bars) that was recently installed!
The location is a beautiful venue for listening to the songs of birds of all sizes while spotting adorable woodland creatures like deer and bunnies prancing about. If you listen carefully, a chorus of mooing cows in the distance completes the symphony. The yard twinkles with a constellation of fireflies. A truly magical location for kids and adults alike to enjoy the whimsy and charm of nature.
