Our meticulously kept unit features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, African mahogany trim, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your private meals. The villa has also been recently refurbished with brand new carpeting and travertine floors. As you walk through the fully-retractable 9’ pocket doors to the beautiful lanai, there is a summer kitchen with a stainless steel Viking grill, beverage cooler, and handy sink. You can sit down and enjoy the warm tropical breeze and awesome views of A-bay. You can even look on the other side of the lanai for a view of Mauna Kea. The Kolea Beach Club, exclusively for owners and guests of Kolea, has an infinity pool, hot tub, sand pool with waterfall, towel service, and an exercise room. From the beach club, you can walk right through to the ancient royal fishing ponds to the beach at A-bay. You are also within walking distance of the Kings and Queens shops located across the street from Kolea. There, you will find world-class dining, shopping, and golf. Every convenience is located right in the heart of paradise in Kolea. Come and relax in our beautiful home away from home.
