The plush grass yard is the perfect area to grill or experience the beautiful lake view. The swimming area next to the dock has a rare sandy bottom that is ideal for playing in the lake. Large trees surrounding the property provide cool shade for the grassy St Augustine lawn. In the evenings relax around the fire pit that is ideal for roasting marshmallows. If that wasn't enough, the property also has a boat house with a swim deck for fishing and sun bathing on the lake. The futon makes into a small full size bed, there are two twin mattresses on a trundle bed and a twin bed in the loft. A queen size air mattress can be put out for larger groups.
