Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is excellent, on Alii drive mid-point between Kailua-Kona (shops, restaurants) and Keahou (shops, restaurants). Large lanai, about 20 yards from the shore, facing west (sunsets!). A modestly large condo with two bedrooms and two baths, would easily accommodate 3 or 4. Quiet area. Pool and hot tub on property. Was an office on site, friendly staff who were helpful with information.Free parking on site .

Negative: When initially arriving in evening, it was very difficult to see the numbers on the lockbox, so make sure you have a flashlight or phone light handy.

Summary: Very pleasant stay in a roomy condo right on the shore.
