The Recharge Ranch is a working cattle ranch. The property features panoramic views, meadows, broad pastures, and expansive hardwood forests. Wildlife is plentiful with numerous wild turkey and whitetail deer and recent bobcat sightings. Meandering through the middle of the ranch you will find beautiful spring fed creeks and pond.
If your a golfer ask to set up 9 hole hillbilly golf course and work on your short game and get in a mile or two of walking.
The Recharge Ranch is warm, welcoming and invites you immediately to leave your cares behind and unwind. Couples will be able to relax and rejuvenate with quiet moments in privacy , while the kids will be thoroughly entertained swimming, hiking,playing pool, shuffleboard, ping pong, one of our many indoor or outdoor games, or watching movies on the 80 inch HD TV. Everyone will enjoy soothing away the travel tension in our pool, hot tub, private outside shower and large steam shower. Merely lounging in the hammock with a book from listening to the creek's gentle play is enough to help restore ones batteries.
As our guests, you will enter your private resort through a 1/4 mile paved driveway. On a cooler evening, the fire pits will invite you to bask in its warmth. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience with everything from spices, cookbooks, utensils, electric griddle, cookware, bake ware, plate ware, and silverware you need to feed your extended family. Coffee, sugar, oil, and creamer are also provided for your convenience. And besides everyday plate ware, there are more formal serving plates and wine glasses for those special occasions.
The master cabin suite has 270 degree panoramic nature views, sitting area with stone fireplace with rocks collected from all over the world, steam shower and outside shower. Remodeled March 2013.
The Bunkhouse is equipped with a full kitchen, bar, bath and game room. The Bunkroom sleeps (6) and the game room floor has air mattresses for the younger and more flexible.
The small pond houses bass, crappie, bluegill, trout and catfish. A turtle has been known to eat a meal left on stringer overnight. The pink barbie rod and reel pulled in a 6# bass on a recent Easter afternoon.
The view from the jacuzzi is serene. Occasionally the wildlife and cattle will put on parade(see photo's).
