Located right across the street from the Indian River Bay in Millsboro. This reverse floor plan offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry and a second entertaining area on the 2nd floor. There is also a deck off the back bedroom as well as the entertaining area. The 3rd floor offers an open kitchen/living area that opens up to a large deck and a screened porch. There is plenty of seating for entertaining. There is a gas grill on the back deck that can be used. The 4th floor offers a private master retreat with access to a screened porch and stairs leading up to the rooftop deck. Enjoy watching the sunsets from the rooftop deck! You won't be disappointed. Don't feel like using the stairs? Not a problem. There is a working elevator in the home that goes to all levels. This home offers 2 separate laundry areas as well as a large garage with ample storage space for your water toys. There is an outdoor shower plus off-street parking for 4 cars. This home comes with a Rehoboth Beach parking permit so you can drive into town and not have to worry about feeding the meters all day. If you don't feel like going into town, Paradise Grill is just a short drive away. Paradise Grill offers good food and live music right on the bay. If you're a golfer, there are plenty of golf courses just a short car ride away. Renters will receive a complementary Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit to use. If not returned, renters will be charged $275 for replacement pass.
There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. No more than 2 dogs and no more than 80lbs.

Reservations over 8 guests are subject to a $75.00 nightly fee for each additional guest
Home does have a ring camera on the front door as well as cameras around the outside of the home.
Home does not include linens and towels. Feel free to bring your own or you can rent them from one of the many linen rental companies in the area.
Friday-Friday Rentals only in season. Check in is 3pm Check out is 10am.
3 night minimum during the shoulder season
Our cancellation policy states that the processing fee is non-refundable. If the guest cancels, guest will forfeit all monies if the unit is not re-rented. If the unit is re-rented, guest will forfeit 30% of the total rent due.
