This end-unit 3 bed/2 bath town-home is set up to be your home away from home with all of the necessities. It is roomy, well-furnished, easily accessible and has keyless entry for flexible check-in/check out. It's a quick hop to Starbucks & various shopping centers for groceries & restaurants. We are 8 mins to Duke University & Hospital, Downtown, RTP, RDU airport and numerous eateries, shopping & entertainment. This home is ideal for families, business travelers, those relocating to the area and more. We provide great wifi for reliable TELEWORK! When ready to play, spend the day minutes away at the Eno River State Park, West Point on the Eno or Little River Lake. The home is well-situated to access all Durham offers- events, theaters and museums. Take in the Sarah P. Duke Gardens, Duke Chapel, tons of day hikes as well as tour the area via bike and scooter rentals downtown. We offer weekly and monthly discounts for extended stays!
THE SPACE-
✪ Living room- on main floor with a comfortable Queen sofa sleeper and full size couch.
✪ Bedrooms- 1 QUEEN w/ full bath on main level, 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 with a QUEEN bed, 1 with 2 TWINS & 1 TWIN Daybed). The 2 twins can be converted to a KING if desired (with advance request).
✪ Bathrooms- -2 full baths- 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs, both with child-friendly bathtubs. Shower gel/shampoo/conditioner provided.
✪ Dining Room- table seats 4 with additional bar seating for 3.
✪ Kitchen- fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, crockpot, blender and ample kitchenware for all of your cooking/baking needs. Use whatever you find in the fridge and pantry. Feel free to leave whatever you don't use.
✪ Laundry room- has full-size washer, dryer, iron and ironing table.
✪ Starter pack of dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels provided.
✪ For our friends with little ones, Pack N Play & highchair in home, baby rocker and tub available with advance request.
✪ Books, board games & playing cards available for use. Enjoy and leave as found (put game pieces back in their boxes).
✪ There are several TVs in the home with streaming devices. Netflix and others available (use your own account log in). We have excellent WiFi for streaming!

GUEST ACCESS-
We have smart locks for ease of CONTACTLESS check-in/check-out. You will be provided with a unique guest passcode. All areas of the home are accessible except for the attic and locked outdoor storage closet. You probably won't see us, but we live in the neighborhood and are always available should you have any questions, concerns or needs during your stay! We communicate primarily via app messaging.

✪ No events or parties.
✪ Quiet hours are 10p-8am.
✪ Report any damage or issue immediately.
✪ Supervise your children. Host not liable for any injury sustained.
✪ Park in assigned parking spot.
✪ No overnight guests who aren't on the reservation. All guests must be listed (named).
✪ ALL adult guests staying in the home must submit a picture ID within 24-48 hrs of booking. It’s great to recognize you on arrival!
✪ We have external security cameras for the protection of our guests and property. Do not tamper with our equipment (Ring/Nest or wifi). Doing so will cost your deposit.
✪ For extended stays (monthly), a mid-stay clean/inspection is required to allow for any needed servicing such as filter changes, battery and lightbulb replacements, etc...

✪ All linens, a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and dish soap. We include dedicated makeup towels, dish towels and cleaning rags for additional needs.
