Summary: The only reason this hotel did NOT receive a POOR rating was that some of the staff were professional and courteous. There is NO rainfall showerhead - not that we cared, but someone might. There were NO toiletries other than 2 cheap bars of soap. I'm still trying to figure out if the bug guts on the wall were a bonus. The room smelled so strongly of Pine Sol that we had to leave the door open upon arriving. Turns out the floor was wiped with it, BUT NEVER RINSED!! I wiped the floors down to kill the stench (because Pine Sol can be overpowering), and the FLOORS WERE FILTHY! We asked for 2 QUEEN beds, but we received 2 FULL beds INSTEAD. And the morning we checked out, our key cards quit working. When we told the woman at the front desk, she argued that they worked on her machine. I couldn't care less. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
