Summary: Upon arrival was greeted by a locked office door and an elder woman on her cell phone who told me to wait. Turns out the clerk had gone across the street to Starbucks and returned after about 5 minutes of waiting. Check in process with the, now caffeinated, young man was quick while the elder woman previously mentioned stood behind him watching over his shoulder. Shower wall had discoloration (mold?) growing in the caulking of the seam but room was otherwise clean and odor free. Beds were comfortable and linens appeared clean. While sitting at the in room table, a giant roach flew from an unknown place and landed on my purse. I swatted it but didn't totally squish it as i didn't want to clean the guts off my shoes then repack them. Fortunately it was tve only bug i saw suring my stay.
