Perfect for a family vacation or a getaway. Enjoy an easy stroll to Asheville Adventure Park where you can rent tubes and kayaks for a spectacular ride on the river. Only 2 miles from downtown and one of the best locations in Asheville city limits. The house is a wonderful retreat furnished in a contemporary decor. The house comfortably sleeps 12-14 people with three king beds, four twin beds in bunk bed style, a pull-out full-size couch and Queen aero bed. Each king bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two bunkbeds.
