This charming four-bedroom bungalow with private pool has gone through a complete renovation this last year... making it an ideal size for 2 couples, or a family with children. Enjoy a local meal or cook breakfast together in the fully stocked, remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, then head to the screened in back porch for your morning coffee with a pool view. Pets are allowed for $175 for one and two for $250, up to 40 pounds each. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 1 Lark in Forest Beach is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.
The outside has been upgraded as well! Grab a cold drink and relax by the refinished pool and enlarged deck area for a sun filled afternoon. A side yard fence has been added for additional privacy. Which is perfect for guests who want to bring their dog (up to 50 lbs) so the whole family can join in on vacation fun! *Not completely fenced in so leash laws still apply, thank you!*
