First off it's important to note that the location of this Villa within Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates and Villas makes for a much a shorter walk or bike to dining and beaches compared to other Villas on property. The back of this particular Villa enjoys views of a serene Zen Garden of the neighboring property. This matters because you'll see most of the other Villas on property look directly into the neighboring Villa. Location is everything!
