Downstairs living room has an electric fireplace and Pool Table (cues and billiard balls provided). Upstairs living room is in a large open great room with the kitchen and dining areas and has those wonderful ocean views as well as a deck with a barbecue (propane included). Dining area with 4 chairs and a bench, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Sleeps 12 people on 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twins, and 2 queen sofa sleepers. Washer and Dryer.
