Summary: The hotel is a rundown hotel, doesn't meet the standards of Hyatt Place. Hotel maintenance is very poor. Unfriendly staff at the check in desk. When I checked in on Thursday (August 6th, 2026) the manager on duty was very rude. Breakfast was very poor. Need to retrain this person so he can serve customer better. Only two items were available on the breakfast room. Coffee was out. Need to renovate this hotel to meet the Hyatt Place standards. Breakfast needs real improvement. I will not use this hotel in my next road trip. Hopefully management received this message renovate this hotel and change the local management .
