Summary: Quebec City was my favorite spot in our travels out east for a week. It was so unique and charming. This hotel was lovely but none of it was on the first floor. That was devoted to tour/excursion groups. But they were very helpful to point out the elevator to go upstairs to the 2nd floor where the small reception desk was located. Parking is somewhat close but with the construction and charming (but confusing) streets, we almost didn't find it in the morning! The room was lovely and spacious and really close to so many lovely restaurants and shops, etc. We would recommend it!
