Summary:
This seven-bedroom luxury home that overlooks gorgeous Lake Keowee will not disappoint. It has been newly renovated and extra rooms were added making plenty of room for your favorite people to gather and make memories. The main floor is set up with three King suites, a half-bathroom, living room, sitting room with big views of the lake, dining room, and a kitchen that is sure to impress! There are plenty of great placed to gather outside as well. There are two large, screened porches on the main level with plenty of seating and the patio downstairs has a fireplace and a built in grill. The primary king suite has sliding glass doors that leads to the screened porch and the double vanity bathroom has a walk-in shower with a separate soaking tub and a makeup vanity. Just down the hallway you will find the other two King suites both of which have private bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Head downstairs to find a huge TV room made for entertaining with two plush couches, two lounge chairs with ottomans, a bar that seats four, small table for four, a kitchenette, gas log fireplace, laundry closet, a half bathroom, and four additional bedrooms. In the Twin rooms they each have two Twin beds that share a bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. The two Queen suites have private bathrooms with walk-in showers and sliding glass doors to access the covered patio. The patio is a favorite spot to gather with its ambient lighting and beautiful stone fireplace. There is plenty of seating either on the cushioned patio chairs or gathered around the dining table after grilling on the built-in natural gas grill. Getting to the lake is a breeze as it is a very gentle sloping walkway to get to the private covered dock with its own swim deck for the sunbathers in the group.
